Located in Oshawa, this project is a $54 million, two-storey, 180 000 square foot facility for maintenance and storage of 104 buses. This facility includes support spaces for mechanics, bus drivers and  administration. This project was delivered via the design-build

method within 18 months including sequential building permit submissions.
